Can Morningscore scan my social media profiles?
Unfortunately, no - Morningscore cannot scan individual profiles on social media. Morningscore is designed to scan whole domains such as www.facebook.com. Your personal social media profile has a specific and unique web address - also known as the URL - so if you add the link to your profile as a website to track in Morningscore, the tool will simply provide you with data for the entire social media platform.
Does adding a competitor website count as one website scan credit?
Starting with the release of Morningscore v3.0, adding a competitor website to our tracker will only count as 0,5 of your available website scan credits. In other words, if you set up 3 main websites with 1 competitor website each in the newest version of our tool, you'll use up 4,5 credits in total. How often is my data updated?
Data update frequencies differ across the different kinds of data presented in the tool. The overall Morningscore updates daily for your own website as well as your competitors. Your Morningscore keywords are fully updated once every month. Smaller websites (with Morningscores lower than 3000 USD) can expect full updates every week. How do I add a competitor?
Go to Overview Scroll down a bit Click Add new competitor Enter the website By adding a competitor to the website you're monitoring, you get access to a list of all the competitor's keywords, and ýou'll be able to compare your SEO data to theirs.
How do I unsubscribe from your emails?
To unsubscribe from our email list: Open any email we've sent you Scroll to the very bottom of it Click Unsubscribe Confirm If you don't see the option to unsubscribe, it's because you're looking at a system email which was sent from our system automatically when you signed up. If you don't want to receive system emails, you must delete your account.
How many landing pages are included in one full website scan?
A full website scan with Morningscore includes up to 5000 landing pages. If your website is bigger than that, we scan the 5000 landing pages with the highest Morningscores, i.e. the pages that get the highest number of organic visits from Google.
How is Morningscore different compared to other tools like Semrush and Moz?
Most SEO tools like SEMrush and Moz work like databases. Essentially these tools give you access to a huge body of data, and then it's up to you to figure out what to do with all that data. That's awesome if you have a certain level of understanding about SEO, but otherwise there's a risk you'll end up paying for a lot of data that's of no real value to you. How to see the health condition of your competitors' websites
Data about the health condition of your competitors' websites is not avaliable to you via the competitor overview. The reason is that it's a demanding task to do a full website scan - but there's a workaround that helps you get these deeper insights with Morningscore. To see the health condition of a competing website, you'll have to add it as a primary tracked website in your account.
Where does my data come from?
In some instances, the data you see in the tool is sourced and created by Morningscore. In other instances, we collect the data from six different data partners. For contractual reasons, we cannot disclose exactly who those data partners are, but we can assure you they are some of the best data providers in the industry.
How long does it take to complete the first full scan of my website?
Once you've added your website, it will take somewhere between two and 24 hours for Morningscore to return your data. It depends on how big your website is.
Can I see mobile rankings in the tool?
No, unfortunately Morningscore doesn't currently support mobile keyword rank tracking.
How do I request a new feature?

How many competitors can I add?
The upper limit to how many competitors you can add is defined by your avaliable website scan credits. If you have 40 website credits left, you can choose to spend them on adding up to 40 competitors. Go to Scan site to see how many website scan credits you have left.
What's causing the changes in my Morningscore?
Your total Morningscore reflects the changes in the Morningscore for each of your keywords. To see which keywords contribute most and least to your total Morningscore - which helps you understand what's causing the changes - here's what you can do: Log in to your Morningscore account Scroll down to Top keyword changes in the Overview section
Why is it taking more than 24 hours for my data to show up?
If you have waited more than 24 hours for Morningscore to return your data, there are several possible explanations. It most likely due to one of the three reasons bwlow: Your website was denied by our scanner, usually because of a firewall You don’t have a ranking on Google yet (this is common for new websites that Google has yet to crawl for the first time) You have a big amount of data that's taking longer than usual to process Either way you can always reach out to our support team

How many website scan credits do I have?
You have a maximum of 10 full website scans every month. Aside from that, you also have 1000 monthly scan credits for individual landing pages.
Can I see the page speed for individual landing pages?
No - unfortunately it's not currently possible to see the page speed for individual landing pages. However, this is one of the features we've planned for future updates. You can always refer to our public roadmap here to see what new features we're working on and when we expect them to be released.

Where does Morningscore get the CPC from?
The CPC (Cost Per Click) is one of the numbers that go in to calculating your Morningscore. We get the CPC from Google themselves via our data partners. Some Morningscore users report back to us that if they run Google ads, they often don't end up paying the exact CPC shown in Morningscore. This makes good sense, since Google Ads is auction based, which means click prices are never pre-determined. As a main rule, you can only see historical data starting from the date when you first scanned your website or checked out a competitor website with Morningscore. However, sometimes you'll find that you have access to historical data for a website further back in time. This can be the case if other Morningscore users have already set up or checked out the website in question.
