I have added a new users, but they don't get an email with login information

If you add a user who already has or has had a Morningscore account (even just a free trial) created with the same email, they will not receive an email to set up their user account.

The person already has an account (active or inactive) and must log in to their own account, from where they can switch between the accounts they have been granted access to.

If the person does not believe they have or have had a Morningscore account but does not receive an email after you have added them as a user, first double-check that you have added the correct email and that the user is checking the correct email associated with the account.

If everything seems correct and the person has not previously had a Morningscore account, please contact us via chat.
