Why does my overall health score appear to be 0?
If your health score appear to be 0 even though it should be a higher number, it's most likely due to one of these two reasons:
Either you're checking out the health of your website for the very first time (or from a computer you haven't used before), or you have a really big website (or a slow computer) that causes the loading time to be longer than usual
Here's what you can do to try and fix it:
Give your computer a couple of minutes to fully load your data
Force the tool to reload by pressing CTRL + F5 in Windows or CMD + Shift + R if you're a Mac user.
Close some of your open tabs or programmes if your computer isn't very powerful
Try another browser
If none of the above works, please don't hesitate to contact our support team via the chat in the bottom-right corner.
