Morningscore shows slow load speed, other tools shows otherwise
Are you experiencing Morningscore reporting issues on one or more pages, but when you follow the guide for the issue and check in Pingdom, the pages seem to load quickly enough?
Here’s what happens in practice when you scan your page or entire site: we send crawlers to the relevant pages.
Unfortunately, the crawlers themselves impact the server during scanning, which can result in Morningscore showing higher loading speeds than what’s actually the case – leading to these discrepancies.
What you can try is scanning a single issue (not a full scan) related to slow page loading. Scan the same issue twice in a row if it isn’t marked as resolved the first time.
If the issue persists after two scans, click "ignore" on the problem (the trashcan icon).
We are aware of the issue and have plans to change how the crawler interacts with and impacts the server in the pipeline.
