How to make the tool ignore health issues
Go to Health -> fold out an issue from the list:
Then all problems in the table that comes up has a checkbox area you can mark as shown here, click Edit and then "**Ignore Issue**"
Why do this? 2 popular reasons:
It helps you clean up issues that you decide are not important for your SEO (this also counts as a fixed issue and increases your Health score)
If you use the RANK AI plugin or the API you can ignore problems you don't want to spend AI credits to fix (remember to do a full scan after ignoring items)
