Can Morningscore crawl my Social Media Profile?
Unfortunately, no. This feature probably won't be released anytime soon. The way Morningscore is designed is that we only crawl whole domains (e.g. twitter.com). Since your personal Social Media profile is not a domain, but a specific URL, Morningscore won't be able to crawl it. If you enter your Social Media profile under your tracked websites, we will strip off the URL parameters and show you data for the whole SoMe platform (e.g. https://facebook.com/ instead of https://facebook.com/YourProfi
How often do You update he Data?
Different data has different update requirements: All of your Keywords get fully updated once every month. All of your Tracked Keywords get updated every day. All of your Links get updated every day (or on demand if you manually add a link). All of your Health issues get updated on demand whenever you start the crawler. Your Missions update as soon as possible whenever there is a change in any of the other tools - so in some cases on demand.
Are there any limits for keywords, links, health, etc. for competitors?
Same limits apply for competitors as for your own websites. The only difference is that some data such as the Health Tool audits is not available directly for your competitors.
How can I delete my user?
Ah, sorry to see you go! But we do get it, sometimes it's just not the right tool for you. How do I change or upgrade my plan / subscription?
You can change or upgrade your plan, see your invoices & credits left by accessing the Settings --> Subscription.
How do you get the data? Do you find it yourself or do you use partners?
Some of the data we provide we find ourselves. For others, we use 6 data partners. Since we've made partnerships with them, we're not able to tell you who exactly the data providers are -- but we can assure you they are some of the best companies in the industry. It's also important to point out that we don't just aggregate their data but complement it by combining the best and most accurate metrics we find.
How is Morningscore different compared to tools like SEMrush & Moz?
Here's a really easy way to understand the difference. Tools like SEMrush and Moz work like a database. Essentially, you get access to their data, and it's all up to you to determine what you can do with that data. Or in other words, you have to already have a certain level of understanding of the SEO game you're playing. In comparison, Morningscore works by guiding you through your SEO tasks. To stop receiving the automatic Weekly or Monthly Email Reports: Log in Morningscore Open Settings from the top-right avatar icon Open the Email Reports Tab Check Never / Weekly / Monthly for each user as needed

Is there a binding period for subscribing to any of the plans?
No, not at all. You can cancel your subscription at any point and time you like and our billing will stop immediately.
Where can I see my monthly/yearly Invoices? Can I download my invoices?
