How do I track my domain through multiple locations/markets?
To track your domain in multiple locations, do these steps: Click on your domain in the navigational menu at the top Click on Add/Remove Websites In the new window, add your domain again Select the new Google Target Click Add Domain You are now able to track it for these markets too. Does adding a competitor count as using a domain/website?
Yes, competitor websites also count as 1 website credit. For example, if you set up 3 main websites with 1 competitor website for each website that is a total of 6 domain credits. You can always see how many credits from your plan you have used in the settings menu. How often do you update the data?
Different data has different update cycles: The Morningscore value updates daily for you and competitors. All of your Morningscore Keywords get fully updated once every month. Smaller sites (up to 3000 USD Morningscore) can expect full weekly updates. All of your Tracked Keywords updates every day. Are there any limits for keywords, links, health, etc. for competitors?
Same limits apply for competitors as for your own websites. The only difference is that some data such as the Health Tool audits is not available directly for your competitors.

How can I see all my competitors' links?
Seeing all the links that point to your competitors' websites is as simple as checking your own links. The most important thing to remember is that you need to add your competitors in the tool so that we can find their data first. Is there a binding period for subscribing to any of the plans?
On monthly deals we have no bindings other than the month you have paid for. You can cancel your subscription at any point and time you like and our billing will stop immediately. On yearly deals there is a binding period for 12 months of course, as you have chosen to pay for a whole year. You can cancel your yearly subscription at any time and it will stop right before the next billing.

Some of the data we provide we find ourselves. For others, we use 6 data partners. Since we've made partnerships with them, we're not able to tell you who exactly the data providers are -- but we can assure you they are some of the best companies in the industry. It's also important to point out that we don't just aggregate their data but complement it by combining the best and most accurate metrics we find.

How do I change the currency for my Morningscore?
First, find the spaceman in the upper right corner of the tool and click on Settings Here you can find the System currency section and choose a currency from the drop down menu Don't forget to scroll all the way to the bottom and save your changes once you've picked a currency.

24 hours have passed and I still do not have my data...
There are several reasons why this could be the case, the top 3 most common ones being: Your domain was denied by our crawler (usually be¬cause of the firewall) You don’t actually have a ranking on Google yet (common for new pages that haven’t been crawled yet) You might have a big amount of data that is taking longer to process. How many competitors can I add in each plan?
There's no limit on how many competitors you can add to each plan EXCEPT FOR your actual website credits limit. If you have 40 website credits left, you can chose to add 40 competitors. However, you cannot add any more competitors (or websites of any type) once you've used the 40 credits. You can see how much website credits you have left in the Settings --> Subscription menu. Can I add a user/partner to my account?
It is possible to add several users to your Morningscore account. This is great if you are not the only one working with SEO in your company or you have to add a partner (maybe your agency). The subscription you have chosen decides how many users you can add. You can only add other users if you have a Business- or Pro plan. Where does Morningscore get the CPC from?
To answer the question right away: We get the CPC price from Google themself through our data partners. Some of our users have pointed out that they run Google Ads and are not paying the exact amount that Morningscore shows the CPC is. Basically, that is correct. And there is nothing strange about that as Google Ads is auction based, so you'll never have the exact same price as the price is influenced by many things. How do I change/update my account e-mail?
Have you gotten a new e-mail or some other thing that requires you to change your Morningscore account e-mail? No problem. Changing your account e-mail is very simple: Login to you Morningscore account Click on the spaceman in the top right corner Click "Settings" Scroll down to "Account" Click on your current mail and change it to your new e-mail  added on your account. In some cases, you can see older historical data for some websites than others. Why is that? Simply because some other Morningscore users have had added the site in that period. In other words: We are only tracking websites as long they are added in the system by one or more Morningscore accounts.
