# Why am I seeing "Sign-ups are temporarily disabled"?

This message appears when attempting to register from a country or region where new account creation is currently paused.



To maintain high platform performance and to make sure our support team can effectively assist active users, registration availability is periodically adjusted based on regional operational capacity. Account creation has been temporarily restricted in specific areas due to an exceptionally high volume of sign-ups that do not transition into active use.

**What happens next?
**
These regional restrictions are temporary and are reviewed regularly as operational capacity expands. While registrations from these locations are not supported at this moment, the goal is to reopen sign-ups for these markets in the future.
