Sometimes our link crawlers act weird and they show some links as lost while they actually aren't. Typically, that happens to links that are placed on pages that in some way handle dynamic content.

For example, if the link to your site was inserted on https://examplewebsite.com/category/page/2/, and now there have been new pages published that have pushed your link back to, say, /page/4/, you will often see that as a Lost Link in our tool.

The important (and good) thing to remember is that Google does not handle your links that way -- and since they crawl much more information much faster, they are able to see that your link has actually not disappeared.
