Yes, we've actually added both of those features to make it as easy as possible for you to monitor your keywords.

Firstly, you have Keyword Folders. Here, you can group keywords based on the Topical Relevance, Landing Page they appear on or the Priority/Importance you put on them. Technically, there is no limitations of how you want to group the keywords -- however we find these 3 ways to be the most efficient. There are two ways you can group your keywords in a folder.

Right-click on a keyword --> Add to folder --> Add new folder

Select a keyword --> Edit (at the top of the Keyword Rank Tracker tab) --> Add to folder --> Add new folder

There are no limitations of how you add the keywords to folder -- and both functionalities are interchangeable.

It's also important to mention that you can simultaneously add several keywords to the same folder by selecting them beforehand and following the steps listed above.
